COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via Tifo depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to Tifo, such as creating an account, chat, uploading photos, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, online chat, or other interactive areas of Tifo, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who uses Tifo.
We collect data that are related to action you take within Tifo, including loving photos, indicating whether you will be attending an event, or replying to a chat message, as well as other interactions with Tifo and other users.
Information our servers automatically collect when you use Tifo. This does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as IP address, device characteristics, operating system, and other technical information primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of Tifo, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
We only request for your geo-location information when you search for supporters clubs near you. We do not store your searches or your geo-location information. However, if you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access
We request access or permission to your mobile device’s camera or media storage only when attempting to upload media content onto Tifo. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system may be collected for crash reporting and analytical purposes to improve the quality of your experience with Tifo.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your supporters club, account or Tifo. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
We do not collect data about you from any third-party.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via Tifo to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Email you during the account creation process or password reset process.
- Enable user-to-user communication.
- Generate a personal profile about you to make future use of Tifo more personalized.
- Increase the efficiency and operation of Tifo.
- Monitor and analyze crash reports, usage and trends to improve your experience with Tifo.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you use Tifo. These companies may use information about your uses of Tifo and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

We may share your information with investors for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. We may also share your information with such third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
Sale or Bankruptcy
We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. For security, privacy, and efficiency purposes, we prefer to delete data rather than archive. For instance, if you upload a photo and later delete it, it will be permanently deleted from Tifo rather than just being disabled from being accessed.
When we have ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
